The UPS Store

Need to send an urgent document abroad and paid a premium for it and clearly stated the importance and the time it needs to arrive and yet the store sent missing info on my package to ups causing delay and dropped off the package in the morning and didn’t get picked up until 8pm. Glad I called ups directly and found out. Why would someone pay express shipping when the service is no where near express? Next time print the label at home and drop off at the actual ups drop box.

I came in today in a pinch because we ordered bubble wrap through Amazon and the order kept getting delayed. Faith went out of her way to help me. Really above and beyond. We usually use fedex but we will definitely be using this UPS more often. Thank you Faith!

Sign says out to lunch be back in half an hour? Me and a few others have been out here for over an hour. I can't believe the hotel lets this business operate here. Will also leave a review of the hotel.

Who puts a UPS store in the basement. No elevator access. Almost couldn’t be worse. The service was the only redeeming quality.

If only one person working here then at least the store could specify the lunch hour so we won't be waiting for long time and hoping someone can come back within half an hour.
